After 34 years of stomping up 6th Avenue in the trippiest of Halloween get-ups, New Yorkers get the chance to come out again and participate in the infamous NYC Village Halloween Parade. The event will likely be the most chaotic of the night, in the past having boasted of 45,000 participants and 2 million spectators.
